Your owners are not on your bill. Hoofiness is free for an owner with one horse, which is all they need to see their own horse's record alongside what your yard logs. If they want more than one horse, or to share with a sharer or family, they upgrade themselves. Nothing about the yard price depends on how many of them do.

What is Hoofiness Livery?
Hoofiness Livery is a yard management app for livery yards. It keeps every horse on the yard, which stable and field each is in, the livery type per horse, and a care sheet showing feed, medication, allergies, handling notes and emergency contacts to whoever is on the yard that day.
Do the owners need Hoofiness too?
No, but it is better when they do. One backend runs both apps: what your staff record appears on the owner's own horse record, and what the owner chooses to share appears on your care sheet. A yard can run Hoofiness Livery with owners who have never installed anything.
What does a member of staff see about a horse the owner has not shared?
A locked area, never an empty one. An empty allergy list is the most dangerous thing an app can show someone handling a strange horse, so an area the owner has not shared says so explicitly rather than rendering as nothing to worry about.
How much will it cost?
Three tiers, priced by how many horses your yard holds: Starter covers up to 10 horses at £34.99 a month, Yard covers up to 25 at £69.99, and Estate covers up to 60 at £119.99. All include VAT, and every tier has unlimited staff. There is no per-horse charge — within your tier, taking on a new livery does not change the bill.
What if my yard grows past its tier?
You move up a tier. Nothing is lost and nothing is billed in arrears. Above 60 horses, get in touch and we will work out what makes sense.
Do my owners have to pay?
No. Hoofiness is free for an owner with one horse, which is enough for them to see their own horse's record alongside what your yard logs. If an owner wants more than one horse, or to share with a sharer or family, they can upgrade to Hoofiness Cloud — their choice and their bill, never yours.
Does Hoofiness Livery handle my money?
No. Invoices carry your yard's own payment details and your customers pay you directly. Hoofiness never sits between a yard and its livery income.
Is it available?
